Data Deletion Request

In accordance with Meta's Platform Policies and applicable privacy regulations, SocialAgent.ia provides users with the ability to request the deletion of their personal data from our systems. This page serves as our official data deletion callback URL as required by Facebook and Instagram.

What Data We Store

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account to SocialAgent.ia, we store the following data associated with your account:

Your Facebook Page ID and page-level access token
Your Instagram Business Account ID (if connected)
Business profile information (name, description, service area)
A history of posts published through the platform (copy, file names, timestamps)
Your Google Drive folder link

How to Request Deletion

You can request the deletion of all your data from SocialAgent.ia by any of the following methods:

Option 1 — Email Request

Send an email to us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" including the email address or Facebook account associated with your SocialAgent.ia account.

Option 2 — Facebook Data Deletion

If you authorized SocialAgent.ia through Facebook Login, you can revoke access and request data deletion directly from your Facebook settings:

Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
Find SocialAgent.ia and click Remove
Then send us an email to confirm full data deletion

What Happens After Your Request

We will verify your identity and locate your account data within 3 business days.
All personal data, publishing history, tokens, and account settings associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete, within 30 days of your request.
Note: Data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 30 additional days before those backups are also purged.

Automated Deletion via Meta

When a user removes SocialAgent.ia from their Facebook apps, Meta sends a deletion signal to our system. Upon receiving this signal, we automatically initiate the deletion of all data associated with that Facebook user ID, including access tokens, publishing history, and account configuration.
