These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SocialAgent.ia ("Service"), operated by Topsales Digital. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SocialAgent.ia is an AI-powered platform that automatically publishes content from your Google Drive to your connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate post captions based on your business profile and uploaded media.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and connected tokens.
• You are solely responsible for all content published through the Service on your behalf.
• You must ensure that all content you provide complies with Meta's Community Standards, Instagram's Community Guidelines, and Google's Terms of Service.
• You must not use the Service to publish spam, misleading content, or material that violates any applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent.
• Violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• Share or resell access to the Service without written authorization.
• Publish content that violates Meta's Platform Policies or any other connected platform's terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate post captions. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or aligned with your brand voice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and any consequences resulting from content published through the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service relies on third-party platforms including Meta, Google, and Groq. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by these third parties. Access to certain features may be suspended if connected platform APIs change their terms or availability.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that published content will reach any specific audience.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topsales Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us and requesting data deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
